ABOUT US
DGSA Service & Consultancy form part of the Evolution Group, which have been providing dangerous goods services for over 10 years. Terry Goldpink is the Managing Director and lead DGSA provider for the business.
Terry is an experienced and qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and it is his name that you will find on your DGSA certificate. Being far more than a consultant, Terry has been involved with logistics and dangerous goods for almost 40 years.

OUR DGSA SERVICE
Our service is available for any business involved in the handling or transport of dangerous goods and include:
- Compliance visit(s) with audit report outlining potential improvements.
- Regulation updates and ongoing monitoring with compliance regarding dangerous goods.
- Yearly DGSA report as required for ADR regulations, to be retained for a minimum of 5 years.
- Training courses to meet compliance (at extra cost).
- Unlimited phone or email advice during your contract period.
It will no longer be legal to consign, transport, pack or unpack dangerous goods without an appointed DGSA in

UPCOMING CHANGES TO
THE LAW
From December 31st 2022, if you transport dangerous goods, as defined in the UK’s CDG Regs or the ADR Agreement, and undertake any of the following activities, you need to appoint a DGSA:
- Consign dangerous goods for transport
- Carriage of dangerous goods by road
Or the relative activities of:
- Packing
- Loading (and unloading)
- Filling
